Butterflies

The beauty of spirit means that there is always a way for the higher realms and our higher selves to communicate with us, to let us know we are on the right track.. and these can be in many different manifestations.

To discover the messages that are sent to you, it often means to SEE rather than to just look, and LISTEN rather than just hear.  This is all part of awakening anyway, when you start joining the dots between the sequences of your life events and happenings.  When you start to realize there are very rarely, if ever coincidences and that everything happens for a reason.

Sudden enlightening realizations happen, like I've explained before, and these continue to happen, and increase in there frequency :) but I thought I'd like to share a recent one with you just as a small example.  Might not mean anything to you, but it means a lot to me, and that's another thing - that these signs etc that you may be experiencing - if they RESONATE with you, that is, if they FEEL right, if they FEEL true then they most probably are.  We are discovering that there are new ways to experience the world, and these new ways are vital for uncovering the layers, and opening up our perception.

More than ever, we must think from our heart - so I guess that if it feels right, then this is thinking with your heart, the same as choosing peace instead of war, choosing to love, and chasing your dreams all come from heart based thinking.

But anyway, basically I was visited by a butterfly in my home... I thought this was unusual, as we are stuck right into winter, and it didn't seem a suitable season.  I love all creatures of the Earth, and pay all of them attention and love, so I made no exception with this beautiful red winged butterfly. It was also remarkable how it had found it's way into my house, especially with no doors or windows open!

I then went back to my room and continued researching, and low and behold I landed straight upon the spiritual significance of the 'butterfly'... about the crop circles appearing, and about how relevant the butterfly was in terms of spiritual guidance for the shift in ages.  Then it all clicked, the butterfly had been sent to confirm to me that soon I was going to go through a massive metamorphosis, and transformation, just like the butterfly.  I remembered when I first started having reiki, as I began to wake up, but long before most of the developments, that I had been visited by a butterfly in my home then also.  Things have changed massively since then, I have become a different person, a spiritual being, my vibration has increased, and I have moved away from ego and am living mostly from the heart :)  So, if things are about to change that massively again, if the butterfly signifies change now like it did back then, then it is breath taking to imagine the possibilities, and it fills me with joy! Spirit will always find a way to connect with you.

Why am I sharing this? well this metamorphosis and change is to happen to us all, and the signs will be everywhere, you just need to SEE and LISTEN for them.  We are all to be beautiful butterflies, so much stronger than before! This, what surrounds us, is all just chrysalis...

Turn on the lights

At the moment I'm just overwhelmed.  I just can't get over how incredible everything is, how loyal and rewarding the Universe is, and how much I love the divine for simply asking me to just love.  That's all that's really asked of us.  Just love, be love, live in the motion and vibration of love, and just as love means growth, we must grow with the love that expands within us.  Expand in love and you expand in wisdom.

We're travelling so fast towards this goal, our souls are constantly trying to increase, to learn, and move forwards.

Meditation is more intense for me now than it ever has been, and you can't describe what really happens to you because it is using a perception and sense that we are unfamiliar with.  But let's just describe it as this.  When you become an experienced meditator, each meditation helps you ascend and progress even further.

You get 'downloads' of information which expands your consciousness further, and helps you step by step towards remembering.  Experiencing beautiful moments of knowing and embracing yourself and everything in all it's glory. I now know that I am more that who I am, that we all are, that we are in fact something completely different and it fills me with so much joy to be gifted with such an adventure as this to bring me to this realization, and this will be the realization of us all.

There are so many of us, popping up all over the place, and I am only from a small town in south wales! but the joy of the information age means that the intuition age can be brought forward through the internet, and it is enlightening to see so many groups and pages of all the people awakening! but I have met others in my area too, which is amazing because I am seeing the law of attraction manifest things directly into my life for this is what I longed for.


Witnessing this awakening makes me want to see so much more of it, the message is clear now guys, it's time for us to turn on the lights! Let's wake our brothers and sisters us up, and create this world of peace.  Our dreams are coming true, our dreams are real.  This is our dream.

The Quest

It's so amazing to think about how much I've realized since I began to write this blog - and how amazing, and intricate what we experience is in our life design.  There is no fuck ups - no mess ups - no set backs.  It's completely all for a purpose.  I am so happy and blessed to have got to this realization, and I wouldn't change a damn thing.  Everything is connected and everything for a cause, beautiful synchronicity.

So looking back on my journey - and perhaps yours if you relate to any of these posts.. what is this leading up to? What is the chain reaction of this all?
It is up to us to make the change.  We are the chosen ones, and the way that you can make this your reality is to become this, embody it.

I've spoken to someone recently who said, once you enter the 'seeking stage' there is no turning back.  But how could you ever want to go back? I feel like I was plucked out of the world like I have awoken from the Matrix, and this is as literal as it could possibly be.  This is the path we are all supposed to take, and it is up to us when we decide to stop wasting time in the third dimension and start thinking higher.  My life is completely taken up by research and studying now, and making sure that I never drift away from knowing how special the world is.  Once you start studying the real history of the Universe, the sciences we have forgotten, the ancient wisdom, the prophecies, the evidence, the possibilities you cannot stop.  You are sucked in by it, if you aren't - it is just not your time to know.  I look back at times in the past the Universe provided hints to me about all of this - and I either didn't recognize them or ignored them, or sadly, laughed at them.  But recognizing that these moments existed, makes realizing them now so much more beautiful.. this is not something that has just popped up out of nowhere! It always has, and always will be there.

My advice is - don't just think it - make sure you are feeling it.  Don't just look at the evidence and think hey, this is logical - that's a good start.  But there is no logic in unconditional love.  To understand this, you must be it - you must live it.  Find solace and reminder of this in meditation - let it be a period of utter restoration - a period of healing, but also a time for the faith to wrap around you.  The more you meditate the more you can feel this.

I've began 'the Quest' of true awakening, to remember who I am.  I've realized I'm gonna have to do this alone.  This was quite hard to grasp because I have always been such a creature of company.  But when no one is around you who will help promote what you love and what you know is right, if they are gonna hold you back - then they can't be around.  It doesn't mean that you have to not love them, just I guess you gotta distance yourself.  I'm not saying everyone who has had a spiritual awakening needs to do this, I just know that I need people of a similar vibration and sadly this is hard to find.  Until I do, the quest is a lonely but noble one, and one I wouldn't give up for anything.

I want to know more, I want to experience more, and I want to give more back.

So if you are like me, on the Quest - what is next?
We must spread the light, we must completely live by what we have learnt, and we must never give up.

How do we do this?
Well, I don't completely know yet haha.  I have a few ideas in the pipeline for myself, but I can't tell you how you should do it... just advise you to follow your heart.

Autumn thoughts

Just went through something I thought I should share, describing it how I can.  If you are like me you are probably doing as much research about increasing your personal vibration as you can.

This Equinox has been a bit of a difficult day for me, a lot of shadows from the past have been arising in my mind.  But just as the traditions of the Autumn equinox, I believe this is something that we all must go through to work through the energies that are presented to us.

The last 48 hours I had a dip in my awakening - I seem to get 'drowsy' in the sense that my moments of being awake only seem to follow through for so long before I get a surge of the old ego back, and I find it easy in these moments to let the worry take over me, to get paranoid or stressed or lonely.

But it is appearing for me like each little period of suffering where I feel my vibration has taken a massive set back I keep returning to it much stronger! I wrote in my early blogs about my admiration and the personal significance of the Phoenix for me.  It appears my life has been this all along, falls and rises, but each time, the  person who reemerges is always stronger, and this is the same for my spiritual journey.

What I have realized since my awakening is that the Phoenix transformation is something we all go through, so if you are feeling down, disheartened, or set back, just remember it is never a mistake, it is all meant to happen! It's all a teaching, and we should be thankful for it.

Leaves fall marking the end of an age, but the beginning of something beautiful.

I AM

I felt it about time to do another little post.  It has been nagging at the back of my mind as something I need to be doing for I am ongoing such a journey, such an adventure, such a teaching that I should at least be taking notes.

Every time I reach a new epiphany I realize that it is simply another step up on the staircase which never ends, that can only get bigger, greater, can only lead to a safer place. When I first began to awake spiritually, it meant that things were finally making sense, like I have described.  I realized that I had some psychic skills, in terms of receiving and interpreting messages and believed myself to be a clairvoyant in the making.  I now describe myself as being on a vibration, an increasing one which means I can in tune into many different energies, and I still think this includes those on the spiritual realm.  I believe I have also had the ability to channel energies from the spiritual realm and to create healing energies, but then what I've realized more importantly is, we all do, we all can, we are all part of the great I am.

I have created this reality myself because it is what I believed in, and this is the gift for everyone.  Our universe is literally what we make it, what we dream of.  Realization of the pure state of oneness is a truly spectacular thing to experience, it is life changing literally because it is the knowledge of life.  No fear.  You know there is nothing to fear.  You know that you are such a powerful thing, we are pure love and we can live like that should we choose it.  As a child we believed in magic, that magic could make our dreams come true.  Somewhere down the line we stopped believing.  But we need to think back, we need to rediscover the child that is within us, because we were all right in thinking that believing in our dreams can manifest them.

This blog is not some spiritual guru trying to preach about what you should believe in. It's simply my own little notes as I go on my own journey once again.  I did it last time through poetry and it led me to opening the door of spirituality, now I open the door of spirituality and the imagination of what I could lead to stretches further than the universe itself.

If you do want some tips however, I can't say enough: MEDITATE! Keep meditating.  At least 20 minutes a day.  Learn different types of meditation, use guided meditation! Do third eye meditations, heart meditations, oneness meditations and journey into yourself.  The answers are all there.

Learn from people who have once undergone this journey, but do not just follow one! Many religious speakers have wisdom to give without you internalizing the religion itself.

'We must constantly weed the garden of our minds' - literally, whenever a negative thought or something that may decrease your frequency enters your mind cast it out! whenever you think of something you don't want to happen, think of something you do want to happen.  Yes we have feelings and emotions and sometimes we are sad, but you must believe things will get better! Accept the feelings, work through them and be comforted in that the future will take you down roads where you can find happiness and serenity.

We are so lucky to be going through this global time of awaking.  The age of intuition is upon us and we are all moving into it, ascending into higher consciousness.  We all have the chance to be the masters of our own reality and to make something so beautiful!  I will keep loving life and how blessed I am to be here, but I know that I am looked after by something that loves me unconditionally, as we all are, as you are too.

Until I can master my excitement and restlessness then I won't be able to write an academic article on this process so that everyone can understand what I'm experiencing.  I will though! We will be seeing much more of each other!  I hope you are enjoying your increase in frequency as I am, and I wish everyone love and light.

We are energy condensed into vibration, we must increase our vibration in its frequency to obtain an expansion in consciousness, consciousness is energy, energy is love.

The Fifth Dimension

The more I wish it the more perfect the day is, and now I realize what my role to play is, I've been lost in duplicity, I could have synchronicity, I've been ruled by time and confined by space, now I make and decide the place, I am kept in hope because I no longer serve fear, I can use my senses, can see and hear, I illuminate the island that looks to the unseen, I know what comes - it's already been, I ask what else? but never how, forever in divinity with the power of now.

If you too like me have been trying to increase your vibration and feel you are awakening you are probably already aware of the fifth dimension.  But if you don't know, I'll explain as much as I can.

The fifth dimension is the spiritual awakening and energetic frequency that we must shift too.  The Golden Age of Aquarius and the polar shift means that the World is moving together, we are evolving and changing to move up in our vibration.  Many of us live on the third dimension now, by which we live in the illusion of third dimensional thinking.  In the third and fourth dimension we have the concept of space and time, that we are individual and we are ruled by the ways of our society.  There are those with fifth dimensional vibration on this planetary plane, it simply a path that we all must take in our evolution.  Our energy levels are increasing, our DNA structure changing and our consciousness is expanding.

Moving to the fifth dimension will mean having a change in awareness of our status in the Universe.  We will realize that we are beings of light, we are in complete synchronicity with each other - that is, that everything is connected, we use resources with respect and love because they are our own resources, and this is true both of the natural resources and the energy, respect and love we show each other.  We will be gifted a great awakening and the realization of our own power to make our destiny, we will recognize our psychic gifts and we will lose ways of life and emotions that no longer serve us.

In the Fifth dimension anything is possible.
